Do you offer tickets to students at a discounted price?

Yes! Student discounts are available. The discounted student price will be advertised for each show. For more information, students can visit the Student Life & Activities Ticket Window in the Student Life Center (SLC) or call the Box Office at 732-224-2411.

What time does the box office open?

The box office opens an hour prior to curtain time. The house normally opens around 30 minutes prior to a performance.

Can you order tickets online?

Does the box office offer group rates?

The box office does offer group rates for some of our shows. Please call us at 732-241-2411 to discuss pricing and availability.

Do you have reserved seating?

We do have reserved seating for some of our shows.

Do you have handicapped seating?

We do have handicapped seating available.

Are tickets available the day of the show?

Tickets are available the day of the show – as long as we haven’t sold out prior to the event. Please call the Box Office at 732-224-2411 to see if we will have tickets available at the door. You can also check ticket availability here.

 

What are your payment methods?

We take all credit cards. In person at the box office, we will accept cash and checks.

What if I forget what seat I'm in?

We keep a record of where you are sitting. You can can call the box office to let us know or come the day of the performance with your ID and we can look up your last name.

Can I change my ticket for another day?

If you need to exchange your ticket for a different performance date, please contact the box office.

Do you have refunds?

Refunds are not normally issued as all sales are considered final. However, please contact the office as we may be able to accommodate you in some way.

What is the best place to park?

The best place to park is Lot 2. If that is full, then Lot 1 is also available.
There is a short walk to the PAC from the above mentioned parking lots. Handicapped parking can be found by the Center for the Visual Arts (CVA) building. If you need a Handicapped spot, please proceed to Lot #1 and drive up the second aisle of the parking lot. Continue to drive up the pavement toward the Monmouth Museum. On the right hand side, across from CVA, you will see some handicapped parking spots. Also, there is a drop-off area in the front of the building for any guests unable to walk up from the parking lot.

Can I take photos during the performance?

We ask that no one records or takes flash photography at a performance without prior permission. This is essential for the safety of all involved. We ask that all cell phones and beepers are put on silent during the performance.

Is there a concession stand in the theater?

Our Theater Club does sell light snacks, soda, and water at some of our performances.
