Celebrating its 23rd year, the Brookdale Haunted Theater is a multi-award-winning haunted attraction consistently ranked among the best in New Jersey. Our entire theater is transformed into a terrifying labyrinth of horror. This isn’t a stage show—it’s a fully immersive, 20-minute haunted house experience that winds through the entire facility, with frights and terror lurking around every corner.

This unique, family-friendly experience lets guests explore the haunt just as it will look at night, but without any actors, jump scares, or loud noises.

Walk through at your own pace, admire the sets, props, and effects, and see the artistry that brings our haunted house to life. Our team will be on hand to answer your questions, share behind-the-scenes insights, and show you the details that often get missed when you’re too busy screaming.

Perfect for younger guests, horror fans who want a closer look, or anyone curious about how the magic (and madness) comes together.
