Billy Van Zandt, Alone At Last!

The Brookdale Performing Arts Center in Lincroft will present “Billy Van Zandt, Alone At Last!” a very special musical evening starring the actor-producer-playwright. All proceeds from the one-night-only performance will benefit the Brookdale Performing Arts Center.

For more than four decades, Mr. Van Zandt has returned home to Monmouth County to debut and perform in his original comedies and musicals along with a mainstay group of multi-talented actors, affectionately known as “The Unofficial Van Zandt/Milmore Repertory Company.”

In this performance, Billy will be stepping into the spotlight solo, trying something new—a one man show—although many of the VZ/M actors may have other ideas about the solo show concept. Intimate and hilarious, “Billy Van Zandt, Alone At Last!” shares the songs, stories, and memories that shaped his extraordinary career. The production promises to be an evening of unforgettable humor and heart, with some surprises and unexpected twists along the way. Musical direction and choreography for the performance is by Beth Moore, and Michele Mossay, respectively.
