CulinArt Group is pleased to be the catering service provider at Brookdale Community College. We provide innovative dining solutions to help clients eat and live well while on campus. Access our easy-to-use electronic system (Spoonfed) to look for easy-to-identify menu icons to help you make choices that are right for you. We identify Eat Well, vegetarian, vegan and locally sourced menu options throughout Brookdale’s facilities. CulinArt is committed to purchasing ingredients from local and regional sources as a first choice, and sourcing proteins from suppliers that promote the humane welfare of farm animals. Our shell eggs are Certified Humane Cage-Free, and we source foods that are produced with minimal use of (or free from) chemicals and antibiotics.
