Position Summary

The Account Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service within our 24/7/365 call center.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include answering and responding to calls from contractors and off-duty police personnel, managing account inquiries, and data entry of requests for service. Currently looking for 12-9pm, 2-11pm and overnight shifts.

Job Location: Freehold, NJ

Salary Range: $18 – $20 per hour
