Position Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and responsible individual for a one-year assignment at a residential town home development in Farmingdale.

Excellent learning opportunity which will provide exposure to all aspects of the construction process: Permitting, site work, masonry, framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, HVAC,, etc.

 

Job Responsibilities

-Duties will include communicating with the subs under the builders guidance, meeting with inspectors, receiving deliveries, daily reporting of site activities.

-Exposure to Construction/Construction Management a plus, but willing to train a motivated individual. Full time position, but hours can be flexible.

Qualifications

Job Location: Farmingdale, NJ

Salary Range: 20-25/hour
