Job Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

-Prepare and bake cinnamon buns and other menu items to our quality standards

-Assist with dough prep, icing, toppings, and flavor builds

-Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen environment

-Support daily production and prep for in-store and event sales

-Collaborate with the team on new and creative flavor ideas

 

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

-Experience in a commercial kitchen or bakery

-Strong attention to detail and consistency

-Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and during peak times

-Team player with a positive, can-do attitude

-Passion for baking and creativity in the kitchen

Job Location: Middletown

Salary Range: $17-20/hr
