Baristas are the heart of Starbucks. As a barista, you’re skilled in connecting and creating moments, and an expert in handcrafting delicious beverages. You all work together to create a welcoming coffeehouse environment, bringing our mission and values to life—for our customers and each other—while proudly wearing the green apron.

Salary Range: 16.10 starting wage
