Job Responsibilities

As a Romp n’ Roll instructor, you’ll:

-Lead music, movement, and art classes for young children

-Be the heart and soul of our community by building lasting relationships

-Interact warmly with parents and caregivers

-Help maintain a safe, clean, and joyful environment

-Assist with setup, cleanup, and special events like birthday parties

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

-A vibrant, engaging personality who can brighten a room and delight kids and parents alike

-Experience working with children or in teaching roles is a plus but not required — we provide full training!

-A candidate ready to grow with us and build a lasting relationship

-A community advocate who connects with parents and promotes our program

-Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, reflecting the spirit of Romp n’ Roll

-Availability a few days during the week and Sunday mornings
