Welcome! We coordinate all usage of Brookdale facilities, and are here to help you plan and execute your event, meeting or sport activity.

Please fill out the Online Facilities Request Form at least one month in advance of your date. Allow two days for processing, after which you will receive an email reply.

General Information

Rental Fee Policy
There is no charge for reserving College space for the following individuals: a current member of an ASBCC-recognized Brookdale club or organization; or a current Brookdale employee or faculty member presenting a Brookdale-related event. All other individuals are subject to rental fees. In addition, the purpose of, and activities associated with, all meetings and events should be consistent with the mission of the College and must be non-discriminatory.

Parking Policy
Parking is free and available on a first come, first serve basis. Please park in designated areas (or be subject to ticketing and fines by the Brookdale Police Department).

Smoking Policy
Brookdale Community College is tobacco free. To promote health and foster a cleaner environment, the College prohibits the use of tobacco products at all of its locations except in private vehicles. Prohibited products include, but are not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, chewing tobacco, and snuff. This regulation is strictly enforced. Violations may result in fines.

College Closings due to Weather
In the event of a closing (of any or all locations) there will be a banner notice on the homepage – you may also tune in to Brookdale public radio station 90.5 FM for updated announcements.
