Designed for beginners, this course introduces the fundamentals of sewing through the completion of a functional project such as a tote bag or bucket hat. Learn basic pattern drafting, fabric cutting, machine sewing, and simple hand-finishing techniques. Gian hands-on experience constructing seams and assembling a project from start to finish while building confidence to continue sewing independently. No prior experience required. Materials purchased separately and will be discussed in first class. Ages 16+
