Fall 2020 Parent Orientation

Join the Student Affairs Team and some of their colleagues from across campus at the 2020 Parent Orientations. Beginning in the spring, parents and guardians will receive an invitation to join us at an upcoming session. An RSVP is required for each attending adult. When registration opens, simply select a session date and complete a reservation form, it that’s easy. An email is automatically sent to the Facilitator confirming your attendance. Sessions are for the adults; it is recommended that your student and/or other children do not attend, as space is limited.

At each session, you will learn how to help your student transition to college successfully – and how to avoid the pitfalls! You will learn about opportunities, resources, and services available to all students at Brookdale, including Financial Aid, Study Abroad and Career & Leadership Development for example. You will also hear about the online tools, like Student Self Service which includes our Student Planning Module. This tool helps students plot their academic progress and stay on track to graduate! Bring all of your questions, our Student Affairs Team has the answers!

All sessions will begin promptly at 6:30PM and wrap up by 8PM with plenty of time for Q&A. Sessions will be held in the Warner Student Life Center Navesink Rooms (I &  II) on the first floor. Closest parking is in Lot #7. Here is a link to our Campus Map for your convenience. Refreshments will be served.
