How do I get my OneCard?

Getting a card

The OneCard production offices are currently closed due to the campus closure in response to COVID-19. Students and staff wishing to get a Brookdale ID card for Fall must utilize the online photo submission process. ID card pick-up events will be scheduled throughout the fall. Please check back for specific days, times, and locations for pick up as well as safety protocols and required documentation to bring.

Upcoming ID Pick-Up Events

When: Monday, October 19th from 10 am to 4 pm, Tuesday, October 20th from 10 am to 4 pm, and Wednesday, October 21st from 10 am to 1 pm

Where: New Location! Brookdale’s Lincroft Campus – Performing Arts Center (PAC)-Access the drive-up circle in front of the building (Follow the signs for Lot 1 and look for the balloons to guide you) Click here for a map of campus.

What to Bring: Photo ID (driver’s license, passport, high school ID)

Please note, ID cards cannot be released to anyone other than the student and only with valid photo ID.

For your safety: Please stay in your car and pull up to the table. All staff will be wearing masks as they approach your car. The staffed table will have hand sanitizer to apply between cars.

Submitting Photos Online

Students must submit their own photo by following the photo submission instructions. Students who submit their photos online will be notified via Brookdale email when their ID cards are available for pick up. Due to COVID-19, special pick-up events will be scheduled during the fall semester. Please check back for more information in the near future.

For students, proof of current registration and a valid photo ID is required to receive a Brookdale OneCard.  For employees, an authorization form from Human Resources is required to obtain a Brookdale OneCard.



There is no charge for your first Brookdale OneCard. There are also no transaction fees for purchases or deposits. There is no charge for a legal name change. There is a $15 card replacement fee for lost or damaged cards. The replacement fee is waived with a police report for stolen cards.


A valid photo ID (driver’s license or passport) is required to obtain a Brookdale OneCard.  Fast Start, Dual Enrollment, and Early College High School students may use an official High School identification card as a valid ID.
