Getting a card
It’s simple to get your Brookdale OneCard! The OneCard production office is located in the CAR Bldg., Room 222, on the Lincroft campus (map) and at the Freehold campus at the Self Check-In Kiosk. The Lincroft office is open Mon-Thu 9 AM to 5 PM and Fri 9 AM to 4 PM the Freehold kiosk is open Mon-Thu 9 AM to 6:30 PM and Fri 9 AM to 4:30 PM.
For students, proof of current registration and a valid photo ID is required to receive a Brookdale OneCard. For employees, an authorization form from Human Resources is required to receive a Brookdale OneCard.
You may also have an ID card photo taken at any of the Regional Locations in Hazlet, Long Branch, Neptune and Wall in any Student Success Center. Your photo will be e-mailed to the ID card office at Lincroft, and your OneCard will be sent via return inter-office (snail mail) to the Student Success Center where your photo was taken.
There is no charge for your first Brookdale OneCard. There are also no transaction fees for purchases or for deposits. There is no charge for a legal name change. There is a $15 card replacement fee for lost or damaged cards. The replacement fee is waived with a police report for stolen cards.
A valid photo ID (driver’s license or passport) is required to receive a Brookdale OneCard. Fast Start, Dual Enrollment and Early College High School students may use an official High School identification card as a valid ID.
