Your Brookdale OneCard has an embedded Near Field Communication (NFC) chip and a magnetic strip on the back of the Card. These features are used when you’re using your card’s ID function, or when using the optional Brookdale Bucks program. If you have funds on Brookdale OneCard EAccount, these features are used when making a purchase on campus at any dining location, please advise cashiers as to whether you will be paying with Brookdale Bucks at the time of your purchase.
