Official transcripts of grades are processed through the Office of Admissions, Records and Registration. The fee for official transcripts is $6.00. Transcript requests must be made by the student and will not be accepted on behalf of the student from other individuals.
To obtain official transcripts, you have a few options:
1) Request an Official Transcript Online for Credit Card Payments Only
For credit card payments only, you may request an official transcript through our online system with Parchment. To do so, click here.
2) Request an Official Transcript Via Postal Mail for Check/Money Order Payments Only
Students may request an official transcript with a written mailed request by completing and mailing a Transcript Request Form. A check/money order should be made out to Brookdale Community College. Cash should not be sent through the mail.
3) Request an Official Transcript In Person
Students may request an official transcript in person at the Lincroft Campus or at one of our Regional Locations.*
(E-mail and fax requests are not accepted.)
*Please keep in mind that transcripts typically take 7-10 business days to process during non-peak periods, and during peak transcript times (the months of January, June and August, for example) students should anticipate an approximate 2-3 week processing time. Students should plan accordingly to meet deadlines associated with their requests.
To obtain Unofficial (student copy) Transcripts, you have a few options:
1) View Your Transcript Online (must be an active student within the past two years)
Students can view their Unofficial Transcript via WebAdvisor under the “Academic Profile” heading on the STUDENTS menu. Please note, if it has been two years or more since you were last enrolled at Brookdale this will not be an option available to you.
2) Request Your Unofficial Transcript in Person
Students may request an Unofficial Transcript in person at the Lincroft Campus or at one of our Regional Locations. You must provide valid Photo ID. The student must be physically present to obtain their transcript. The document will not be provided to a third party. There is no charge for an Unofficial Transcript.
3) Request an Unofficial Transcript Via Postal Mail
Students may request an Unofficial Transcript with a written mailed request by completing and mailing a Transcript Request Form. There is no charge for an Unofficial Transcript.
