The Culinary Education Center of Monmouth County (CEC) located at 101 Drury Lane, Asbury Park, NJ, will open its doors for lunch service starting on February 8. The delicious hand-crafted menus are prepared by the professional instructors and student chefs and served every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. In addition, the Center will offer dinner service starting on March 1st.

Lunch service seating time is anywhere between 12 noon and 1:00 p.m. The cost is $15 for a 3-course ala carte menu with beverages included. On Thursdays they will be serving a brunch buffet. Reservations are recommended but not mandatory. However, if you do not have a reservation, seating is on a first come, first serve basis.

For dinner service, reservations are required and are available up to the dining date and time of 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. The cost is $30 per person for a six course tasting menu that includes four starters, two soups, three seafood items, two salads, five entrees and three desserts to choose from.

The CEC also takes parties of 40 or less for lunch service and 30 or less for dinner service and can close the dining room for a private event.
