The Brookdale Community College Foundation is holding a Scholarship Summer Bash at 5:30 in the evening, on July 19, 2021, the College’s 54th “Birthday.” This event supports the Foundation’s mission of helping students achieve their dream of earning a college degree. The Summer Bash will be held on the Lincroft, NJ campus in the Donald D. Warner Student Life Center and outdoor patio area with live music performed by the trio, Scott Elk, Aaron Manzo, and Kyle Ward. Tasting stations will be catered by Brennan’s; there will be an open bar and live auction. Co-chairs for the event are Karen Escobedo, Candy Langen-Sattenspiel, and Carol Stillwell. 

The College will be honoring frontline healthcare workers to recognize the tremendous work they perform daily during this unprecedented time. The Scholarship Summer Bash is the premier fundraiser event for the Foundation’s scholarship fund, supporting Brookdale students who do not qualify for financial aid. This year the fund awarded over $800,000 in scholarship and grants to support students’ success. Individual tickets are $200, and live streaming event tickets are $100. Sponsorship packages are available ranging from $1,000 to $10,000, and there are digital advertising opportunities, with the deadline for ad copy by June 28, 2021.
