Josh “The Hebrew Hammer” Baker is a professional MMA fighter, wrestler, brown belt in jiu jitsu and owner of Hammer Sports and Performance and HCS Grappling.

Let’s learn the fundamentals of the powerful martial art jiu jitsu together with Josh!

Statistics show that most physical confrontations end up on the ground; with wrestling and jiu jitsu components becoming much more important once the fight is taken to the floor. Josh Baker will teach us necessary skills for ground combat.

Everyone is welcome. You don’t have to be a member of MMA Club to participate!

This event takes place in the Fitness Center Yoga/Dance Studio on Tuesday, March 26th during College Hour from 11:30 – 1pm
