Redefine Healthcare is looking for a dedicated, full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioners to join our expanding team of healthcare professionals. We are seeking individuals for our location in Linwood, NJ.

Job Responsibilities

-Conducting comprehensive patient assessments, including reviewing medical histories and conducting physical examinations.

-Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, in accordance with your scope of practice and patient needs.

-Efficiently documenting patient encounters and treatment plans in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.

-Performing specialized procedures such as in-office injection procedures (pertaining to pain management specialty) or providing post-operative care (for neurosurgery specialty), as needed.

-In addition, you will be performing in-office injection procedures (for pain management specialty) or post-operative care (for neurosurgery specialty).

Qualifications

-Possession of a minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner, supplemented by specialty-specific experience.

-Active licensure as a registered professional nurse in the State of New Jersey, coupled with certification by the New Jersey Board of Nursing as an Advanced Practice Nurse.

-A Master’s degree in nursing is mandatory for consideration.

-Possession of current New Jersey DEA Registration and Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS) Certification is required.

-Current license as a registered professional nurse in the State of New Jersey with Certification by the New Jersey Board of Nursing as an Advanced Practice Nurse. Master degree in nursing required.
