Position Summary

First, the Assistant Director of Youth at Work Services will meet with many Senior Officials from local secondary schools, Post Secondary schools and youth programs in and throughout Monmouth county, NJ.

Second , you will help RCA Corp interview, and hire local youth. Third, you will help RCA Corp train local youth how to pick, pack, assemble, and, ship large orders of software programs and school supplies from a local warehouse. Finally, you will help RCA Corp select our STAR YOUTH Employees and give them Scholarships and other items for doing a very good job for RCA CORP. Must like working with and giving back to the Community, working with youth, school systems, and working with Collegiate or non collegiate sports teams.

Job Responsibilities

Job Location: Monmouth County N. J.

Salary Range: $50k(doe)
