Redefine Healthcare is looking for a dedicated, full-time Lab Specimen Processor to join our expanding team of healthcare professionals. We are looking for candidates that are motivated, compassionate, and are looking to advance their career in a community that is always growing.

Job Responsibilities

-Preparing patient charts to identify individuals requiring urine specimen collection at their appointments.

-Collecting specimens from patients.

A-ccurately inputting patient information and specimen details into specific laboratory systems.

-Ensuring patients adhere to all protocols while providing samples, maintaining a sterile and safe environment.

-Collaborating with healthcare professionals to guarantee efficient specimen collection and processing.

-Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all HIPAA regulations.

-Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas.

Qualifications

-High school diploma or equivalent required.

-Previous experience in a healthcare or laboratory setting preferred.

-Familiarity with medical terminology and specimen processing procedures.

–Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

-Basic computer proficiency.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:45am to 4:15pm.

8-hour shifts.

Healthcare Setting: Medical office.
