– Work 8 or 12 hour shifts, but instead of in a facility with 30+ patients, you go into a client’s home and work your nursing shift.

Preferred is currently looking for reliable and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Monmoth County office.

Job Responsibilities

-Providing one-to-one care in the home

-Taking direction from clinical team and overseen by a registered nurse

-Following the plan of care

-Following all clinical and office policies

Qualifications

-Valid RN or LPN License

-Physical within one year

-PPD or Chest X-Ray

-MMR or Titers

-Valid CPR certification

-Valid Driver’s License
