Shakespeare’s Birthday Read-A-Thon: Shakespeare and the Supernatural

Celebrate the Bard’s birthday with an evening of dramatic readings at Brookdale’s annual Shakespeare Birthday Read-A-Thon. This year’s theme, “Shakespeare and the Supernatural,” explores the eerie, mystical, and otherworldly moments found throughout Shakespeare’s plays—from ghostly apparitions to witches and prophecies.

Students, faculty, staff, and community members are invited to gather for a lively reading of selected scenes and passages that bring these haunting tales to life.
