Yoga Instructor, Liz Lawrence, is back with another weekly series for the Wellness Center. Perfect for a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this class has something for you. If you’re starting a yoga practice for the first time, Liz Lawrence will go over alignment, and the benefits and precautions of each posture. There will also be an added optional meditation at the end of the yoga session for those who are interested. Mats and Yoga Blocks are provided.
Yoga: 12:00p.m. – 1:00p.m.
Meditation: 1:00p.m. – 1:30p.m.
