Foundations of Holistic Health with Reiki I & II

Step into the world of holistic healing in this integrative 30-hour course where ancient wisdom meets modern well-being. This transformational program blends energy medicine, natural health principles, and practical wellness tools, equipping students with a foundational understanding of holistic healing modalities — plus certification as a Reiki I & II Practitioner.

Ideal for: Nurses, massage therapists, wellness professionals, and curious beginners.

You’ll learn the fundamentals of Reiki, homeopathy, Integrative body wisdom, nutritional therapy, and crystal healing.
Discover how to assess energy imbalances, apply complementary care practices, and support the body’s innate healing capacity through hands-on experience, group work, and guided meditations.

Graduates receive two certificates:
Certificate of Completion in Holistic Health Foundations
Reiki Level I & II Practitioner Certification

Prerequisites:

• 18 years of age or older
• Copy of high school diploma or GED

No textbooks required. 100% attendance required. Class is limited to 10 students per class.

All classes will be held In-Person at the Lincroft Campus.
