Registering for Lifelong Learning classes online

DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO REGISTER

1. Visit https://selfservice.brookdalecc.edu/Student/InstantEnrollment

2. Enter the class title or course code with dashes (format XXXX-000-YYY00). Program List HERE

3. Click “Search”

4. Too many results? Use the “Filter Results” on the left to narrow your search. (Optional)

5. Once you find the class you’d like to register for, click “Select.”

6. In the pop-up window, confirm this is the class you would like to register for, and click “Add Section.” This will add the class to your cart.

7. If you would like to search for other classes, click the “Back to Course Catalog” link in the top left corner and repeat steps 2-6.

8. If you are ready to complete registration and payment, click the “Next” button in the top right corner.

9. Enter your Personal Details, check the box at the bottom of the page, and click the blue “Submit” button.
NOTE: If the “Submit” button is grey, please confirm that you have filled out all the fields with a “*” on them.

10.On the Additional Details page, click on the drop-down menus to select your reason for taking the class and to let us know how you learned about the class. You can leave “Education Goal” blank. Then click “Submit”.

11.Review your cart, click on the “Payment Methods” drop-down menu and select “Credit Card.” Then click “Proceed to Payment”

12.Review the details on the “Payment Review” page. Then click “Pay Now”

13. Fill out your credit card info and billing address. Click “Pay Now”

14.Once successfully paid for, you will be brought to the “Class Acknowledgement” screen. This information will also be emailed to the email we have on file from the email address bcd@brookdalecc.edu with the subject “Class Acknowledgement”.

Please review this screen and take note of your username in the blue banner. You will have a password emailed to you from studentinfo@brookdalecc.edu with the subject “Log in”.
