Center for Adult Transition – Spring Social Nights

Join us for a fun-filled season of connection, creativity, and community at Brookdale’s Center for Adult Transition! Our Spring Social Nights are open to young adults ages 18+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Each month features a themed activity designed to build friendships, confidence, and independence — all in an inclusive and welcoming space. Light refreshments included.
