Asbury Park Cyclery is a family owned and operated business dedicated to serving the community by providing the highest quality bicycles, accessories, and service to riders of all ages and skill levels. Since we opened our doors 10 years ago, what has set us apart from other bike shops is our commitment to customer service and we are looking for seasonal team members to help build upon that reputation. Our training program will give you in-depth product knowledge, but your enthusiasm will translate that knowledge into a fun, empowering, and fruitful experience for the customer.

 

Job Responsibilities

-Welcome customers and guide them to their ideal bike or accessory

-Explain bike features, basic fitting, safety practices

-Process sales, rentals, and returns

-Answer phones and provide support

Do I have to be a cyclist?

No! While cycling experience is certainly advantageous, we have seen team members with little to no background have great success simply because they had a passion for helping customers and having fun doing it!

Can I work part or full time?

Yes! We are looking to fill both full and part time positions, but keep in mind, weekend availability is a must! Flexible seasonal hours make this an excellent opportunity for students looking for fun and rewarding summer work.
