Overview – Entrinsik Informer
Entrinsik Informer is a web-based reporting tool that offers fast, user-friendly access to data stored in Colleague. Its intuitive interface supports drag-and-drop features and functions similar to those found in modern web applications.
Access and security for Informer are managed separately from Colleague security roles. Approval for access must be requested and granted individually by the appropriate module custodians.

- Create a Support Ticket: Using the Service Now application to open a ticket gives you the flexibility to check the status and add comments on a ticket, which is the preferred method.
- Log into ServiceNow using your Brookdale email and NetID password to create a support ticket.
