A welcoming space to move with intention and ease. In each class, we’ll gently build strength and heat through mindful standing poses, then soften into deep stretches and restorative postures to open and relax the body. Soothing sounds and calming vibrations guide you into deep rest and renewal. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking for a balanced practice, this class invites you to nurture your body and mind with warmth and gentle care.
