FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST Pediatric Office - ADVOCARE TLC PEDIATRICS (Shrewsbury)

Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly and organized Medical Front Desk Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently.


 


Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

– Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner

– Manage patient check-in and check-out processes

– Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar

– Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services and procedures

– Collect and verify patient information and insurance details

– Maintain a clean and organized reception area

– Assist with medical records management and filing

– Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow

– Handle billing and payment processing as needed


 


Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent

– Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills

– Proficient in using office equipment and computer software, EHR experience a plus

– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

– Compassionate and patient-focused attitude

Additional Information

Job Location: SHREWSBURY, NJ

Salary Range: $18-20/HR
