Position Summary

About Us: Gorsegner Brothers is a well-established, family-run business with 75 years of experience in hardwood flooring, stairs, railings, trim work, and painting. We take pride in our craftsmanship and warm team culture. We’re looking for a motivated and organized Sales Assistant to support our Estimating Team—perfect for a recent graduate or current student looking to get real-world business experience.

What You’ll Do: You’ll work directly with our Project Estimators to help keep projects and client communication organized and on track. This role is a great opportunity to learn about sales, home renovation, customer service, and small business operations.

 

Job Responsibilities

-Help schedule site visits and follow-up appointments

-Communicate with clients via phone and email

-Create cut sheets and estimate packages

-Source and manage delivery of material samples

-Follow up on open proposals

-Manage our social media accounts

-Organize and track leads using CRM tools

-Collect and organize project documentation

-Provide general admin support to the estimating team

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

-Strong organizational and time-management skills

-Friendly and professional communication style

-Interest in business, sales, or construction is a plus

-Familiarity with email, spreadsheets, and Google Workspace

-Quick learner with a positive, can-do attitude

-Availability to work at least 15–20 hours per week (we’re flexible with school schedules!)
