The word Reiki is a combination of two Japanese words, meaning universal life force energy. Developed in Japan, Reiki is a natural method for reducing stress and inducing relaxation. Through a combination of lecture, demonstration, and in-class practice, learn the principles of energy healing and hand positions used in Reiki. Emphasis is on meditation, attunements, and practical applications of Reiki. Upon completion of this class students will receive Reiki Level 1 certification. Manual included. Class size is limited.
