Join our classes to improve flexibility, join health, muscle tone, and strength. Additional benefits include improved posture and balance. Classes will start with meditation and breath work followed by deep stretching. Seated postures, twists, basic standing and balancing poses will be included. All levels of ability are welcome; modifications and options for poses will be offered to each participant.
