Brookdale is a major Monmouth County employer: we currently have over 800 full and part-time faculty and staff (plus adjunct instructors) serving a student population of over 11,500 full and part time students each term, and about 35,000 visitors a year.

The Office of Human Resources and Diversity Management is a strategic partner in the administration of the College. Our mission is to provide high quality and innovative services to all divisions, units, and employees. We serve all visitors and potential employees with a commitment to excellence, mindful that the Office of Human Resources is a gateway to the College for many individuals. Human Resources initiates and supports efforts to increase the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of employees by developing, implementing, and supporting programs to accomplish institutional goals.
