“Be the change that you want to see in the world.” – Mohandas Gandhi
The Global Citizenship Project (formed in 2009) is a group of Brookdale employees, representing a variety of academic disciplines and programs, all of whom believe in the transformative power of learning, of pushing beyond boundaries and seeing past the self, of engaging with the world while in school.
Brookdale faculty and employees can engage by attending GCP meetings, nominating students for GCP Awards, and incorporating global issues into their classes. Brookdalians and community members can get involved by attending IEC events. All of us can become more active in community service projects and organizations that aid non-profits with worthy missions.
