New Student Check-In

All new students must check-in with the International Education Center after arriving in the U.S. All students who changed status to F1 or who are transferring from another U.S. institution must also check-in to complete their SEVIS transfer process.

Check-in will be held at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (US and Canada) via Zoom on the following days:

Register for only one session that works best for you.

• Friday, December 18, 2026
• Tuesday, January 5 or Tuesday, January 12, 2027
• Friday, January 15, 2027

Before your check-in session, fill out the Student Check-in Form and upload to the form:

• I-94 Arrival/Departure Record
• A copy of your F-1 visa stamp (if applicable)

During check-in we will inspect your immigration documents and discuss the following topics:

• Placement testing,
• Academic advising and registration, and
• Paying your tuition and fees.
