Use the list below to look up your Cellular Provider to determine your Short Message Service (SMS) email.
Use your SMS Email Address to sign-up to receive non-emergency text notifications ( i.e. Waitlist text messages) from Brookdale.
To update your SMS Email Address, log in to Web Advisor Self Service and select the User Option.
- Select the Edit icon from the Edit SMS Email Address Section
- Enter your cell phone number and your provider. Do not include spaces or special characters in your cell phone number: EX: Verizon is the cellular provider in the following example 7325551212@vtext.com.
- Click Add Email
