List of SMS Email Gateways

Use the list below to look up your Cellular Provider to determine your Short Message Service (SMS) email.

Use your SMS Email Address to sign-up to receive non-emergency text notifications ( i.e. Waitlist text messages) from Brookdale.

To update your SMS Email Address, log in to Web Advisor Self Service and select the User Option.

  1. Select the Edit icon from the Edit SMS Email Address Section
  2. Enter your cell phone number and your provider. Do not include spaces or special characters in your cell phone number: EX: Verizon is the cellular provider in the following example 7325551212@vtext.com.
  3. Click Add Email
