Configuring Outlook Email on Mobile for Office 365

Below are detailed instructions for setting up your Office 365 Email on your mobile devices.
The steps may vary depending on device make, model, and operating system.

 

iOS Icon

Add New Office 365 Account

  1. Tap Settings > Accounts&Passwords > Add Account
  2. On the Add Account page, tap Exchange
  3. Enter your full email address and your NetID password, and then tap Next
  4. By default, Mail, Contacts, and Calendar information are synchronized. Tap Save

 

Android Icon

Add New Office 365 Account

  1. Tap the Settings>Passwords & Accounts > Add Account > Exchange
  2. Enter your Brookdale Email address and tap Next
  3. Enter your NetID password and tap Next
  4. If prompted, choose “Work or school account”
  5. Enter your NetID password, then tap Sign In
  6. Tap Done

 

Updating NetID Password on Mobile

Please note, you must update your password on your mobile device every time you change your Brookdale NetID password. Follow the steps outlined below. The steps may vary depending on device make, model, and operating system.

  1. Tap the Settings icon
  2. Tap on Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
  3. Tap on your Brookdale Office 365 Account
  4. Tap on Account
  5. Tap Password to edit your password
  6. Enter your Brookdale NetID password in the Password field and tap OK

 

Android IconAndroid Devices

  1. Tap the Mail application used to access your Brookdale Office 365 Email
  2. Tap the Menu button and select Settings
  3. Tap Manage Accounts and tap your Brookdale Office 365 Email account
  4. Tap Password to edit your password
  5. Enter your Brookdale NetID password in the “Password” field and tap OK
