ALERT! PASSWORD EXPIRATION EXTENDED – THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 26, 2026

IMPORTANT: Carefully review the updated instructions below. The process for changing and managing your Brookdale NetID password has been updated.

You MUST change your password on or before Thursday, February 26, 2026, to ensure uninterrupted access to your Brookdale Email, Office 365, Brookdale Experience, Canvas, Self-Service, and other common sign-on applications and resources.

You will have two weeks to change your NetID password. You may change your NetID password anytime from Monday, February 9, 2026, through Wednesday, February 25, 2026. If you do not change your password between these dates, your password will automatically expire and need to be changed on or after Thursday, February 26, 2026.
