Study Abroad — Rome, Naples & Sorrento: Culinary and Hospitality Management
Welcome to the heart of southern Italy! Join our 9-day, faculty-led culinary and hospitality program based in Rome, Naples, and Sorrento. This is more than just a tour; it’s an invitation to experience the rich gastronomic traditions as well as the history and tourism of the Campania region. Enjoy the hospitality of local hosts as you participate in hands-on pasta and Neapolitan pizza workshops as well as visiting lemon groves and a winery. Excursions to the ancient city of Pompeii and the island of Capri will add cultural insight as will visiting the iconic landmarks of Rome and Naples.

You will need to apply using your Brookdale login. If you are not a current student or alumni, you must first apply to Brookdale as a non-degree visiting student ($25.00 app fee). Your Brookdale ID is generated upon acceptance. Follow instructions to set up your Brookdale network credentials, then you can submit your study abroad application.
Submit the following items:
- Confirmation Statement and Refund Policy (PDF)
- Risk and Liability Form (PDF)
- Passport Copy (this can be submitted later, if you do not yet have a passport)
To secure your spot, pay
$500 Non-Refundable Deposit
- Check payable to Brookdale Community College (bring to MAC 114 — Lincroft Campus)
