Certificate Outcome
Upon successful completion of the program, participants will receive a Brookdale Community College Nonprofit Management Certificate.
Business Leadership Certificate
Develop the leadership skills employers value most and prepare to lead with confidence in today’s evolving workplace. Brookdale’s Business Leadership Certificate Program equips emerging leaders, supervisors, and professionals with the practical knowledge and interpersonal skills needed to motivate teams, communicate effectively, navigate workplace challenges, and leverage artificial intelligence responsibly in business settings.

Project Management
Develop the knowledge and practical skills needed to successfully lead projects and prepare for industry-recognized project management certifications. This comprehensive program provides instruction in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder communication, quality management, procurement, and project execution using current project management best practices.
Whether you are new to project management or an experience professional looking to formalize your skills, this certificate program will prepare you for certification through the Project Management Institute (PMI). Participants who meet PMI’s eligibility requirements may be prepared to sit for either the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification exam.
Certification Requirements
- CAPM Certification: Designed for individuals beginning a career in project management. Candidates must meet PMI’ current education requirements and successfully pass the CAPM certification exam.
