Cynthia Guariglia

Whether you’re starting a new career, looking for greater flexibility, or turning a lifelong interest in real estate into a profession, Cynthia Guariglia is committed to helping you achieve your goals.

As Director of the Real Estate Program at Brookdale Community College’s School of Continuing & Professional Studies, Cynthia is passionate about providing students with the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills needed to successfully complete New Jersey’s licensing requirements and begin rewarding careers in real estate.

She leads Brookdale’s New Jersey 75-hours Real Estate Principles and Practices program, helping students build the knowledge, confidence, and professional skills needed to pass the New Jersey licensing examination and launch rewarding careers in real estate.

Coming soon, the curriculum will expand to include the 150-hour New Jersey Real Estate Broker Course providing licensed salespersons with the opportunity to further their education and advance their careers.

With more that 33 years of experience in the New Jersey real estate industry, Cynthia is a licensed New Jersey Real Estate Broker Associate, Licensed Real Estate Instructor, and Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI). Throughout her career, she has enjoyed and successfully represented buyers and sellers while training and mentoring hundreds of new agents entering the profession.

Known for her energetic teaching style and practical, real-world approach, her classes combine engaging instruction with real-life scenarios, interactive discussions, and proven exam preparation techniques that help students succeed both in the classroom and throughout their careers.

Cynthia is passionate about helping student achieve their goals and believes that education is the foundation of a successful real estate career. Whether someone is entering the industry for the first time or exploring a new professional path, she is committed to providing the knowledge, encouragement, and support needed to help each student succeed.
