Technology Essentials

Build a practical foundation for understanding and using artificial intelligence in today’s workplace. This three-session course explains what AI is, what it can and cannot do, and where it may fit into everyday business activities. Participants will explore practical uses for research, planning, communication, problem-solving, and workflow improvement while also learning about accuracy, privacy, responsible use, and the importance of human judgment. No technical background is required.

Learn how to use AI to create more useful, relevant, and consistent business content without losing your own voice or point of view. This three-session course explores how AI can support marketing and communication by helping you generate ideas, understand your audience, develop stronger messaging, and turn one idea into multiple types of content. Participants will practice using tools such as ChatGPT for social media, emails, newsletters, blogs, presentations, and other business communications while learning how to evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, quality, originality, and value to the customer.
