The Information Technology (IT) Help Desk at Brookdale Community College provides centralized, 24/7 technology support for all IT-related requests and issues. Support is available to Current Students, Faculty, Staff, as well as New, Incoming, and Prospective Students.
Contact the IT Help Desk using any one of the following methods:
- Create a Support Ticket: This is the preferred method of contact. Select the Create a Ticket link below to submit a support ticket. Optionally log in directly Help Desk using your complete Brookdale Email address and NetID password.
