Due to a federal mandate, all Title II Adult GED & ESOL programs are temporarily paused until further notice effective immediately.

Earning your High School Equivalency Diploma (GED) and learning to speak English will greatly improve your ability to further your education and career.

Our ESL classes will teach you to speak or improve your English. Once completed, you will have the opportunity to earn a GED, attend college, technical training, or obtain a better job.

Brookdale Community College offers NO COST ABE, GED, ESL Levels 1, 2, 3 and Transition to GED class (ESL Level 4).

Our on-site classes generally meet in the morning at the Freehold and Long Branch Regional Centers and online via Zoom. Evening classes will meet at Freehold Intermediate School and on Zoom. Evening classes will meet at Freehold Intermediate School, Neptune (MCVSD), Long Branch Gregory Elementary School, Red Bank Primary School and on Zoom.

Our ABE and GED classes will prepare you to take the NEW GED TEST. We cover all test subjects, including Math, English Language Arts, Science and Social Studies.
