The Smart Contracts – Blockchain Applications course gives you the core technical skills needed to build SMART contracts on the blockchain. You will gain invaluable technical knowledge from leading developers on the process of creating, testing and launching smart contracts across a number of blockchains.

In addition to theoretical knowledge, learners can gain relevant hands-on experience through labs and assignments using the Oracle docker environment and blockchain solutions. The lab itself will provide a practical demonstration of the fundamentals of blockchain technology, including hashing, mining and immutability.

The Cybersecurity – Blockchain Applications uses specialist knowledge to explore the major issues currently impacting businesses as they relate to Cybersecurity, which amount to billions of dollars lost every year due to fraud and hacking, and how Blockchain technology can overcome them.

 “What is the career outlook for Blockchain?”

According to Hired, an average salary for a blockchain developer is between $150,000 and $175,000 per year. To compare, an average software engineer salary stands at $137,000 per year. The highest blockchain developer salary can be found in the San Francisco Bay Area – $162,288.

There’s been a 517% increase in demand for software engineers with blockchain development skills in the past year, according to a new report from job search site Hired. Blockchain engineers were followed by security engineers and embedded engineers, which saw 132% and 76% year-over-year growth, respectively.

By 2022, worldwide spending on blockchain solutions will reach $11.7 billion. The global blockchain technology market is estimated to accumulate $20 billion in revenue by 2024. The number of registered blockchain wallets in the first quarter of 2020 was 47.14 million.
