
Stephanie L. Hoitt of Rumson, New Jersey, brings more than 15 years of marketing experience to the Brookdale Community College Board of Trustees. Her career spans leadership roles in business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing, with expertise in account direction, experiential marketing, event planning, public relations, and sales. She has held senior positions with organizations including YuMe, Jack Morton Worldwide, and the National Hockey League, where she managed major accounts and high-profile events.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Hoitt is an active community volunteer and civic leader. She serves on the Board of the Sandy Hook Foundation, where she chairs the Government Relations Committee. In this role, she has been instrumental in advancing federal funding initiatives for the adaptive reuse of the historic Fort Hancock buildings at Sandy Hook. Hoitt also serves on the Executive Board of the Rumson Garden Club, is a member of Impact 100, and has been deeply involved with the Visiting Nurse Association Health Group and Foundation (VNA) since 2016, co-chairing major fundraising events and founding Gear to Grow, a charitable program supporting families through the VNA’s Children and Family Health Institute.
Hoitt earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Communication from The George Washington University’s School of Media and Public Affairs.
