Documentation Required for Determining County Residence Status

II. Objective of Regulation

To provide a means of determining the residency status of an individual.

III. Authority

Board of Trustees Policy No. 6.5000

IV. Regulation Statement

In order to determine residency status, one or all of the following may be requested of the student by the College:

A. Dated voter registration card

B. Any two of the following dated documents:

1. A valid New Jersey driver’s license
2. Lease or deed
3. Utility bill
4. Any computer printed bill or correspondence
