College is a big step, not only for students, but for parents. Most Brookdale students are now adults, and have more independence than they did in high school. With this independence comes much more personal responsibility.

As a parent, you may join your child in academic advising appointments and during their in-person interactions at the College (Admissions, Registration, Financial Aid, Student Account transactions) if your child invites you to participate.

Please note that in order to comply with FERPA, we cannot release any student information to anyone but the student.

You can learn more at the College Parent Central website – What FERPA Means for You and Your College Student.
